About Luce Line

One of the few great things to come out of 2020, Luce Line was founded with the mission of being the first choice among local beer drinkers. As a 2,000-barrel craft brewery located in Plymouth, MN, we believe in uncompromising craftsmanship and innovation—starting with the quality of our beer and emanating out into everything we do.

The goal of our taproom is to be a place where families, friends, and brewerists from near and far can gather together to share a drink, a laugh, and hopefully a good story or two.

Meet The Team

Tim Naumann -

CEO

Tim is always looking for the next big idea for the brewery. With more than 20 years of experience building and growing a variety of private manufacturing, service, and distribution businesses, he’s responsible for leading the Luce Line team to exceed customer expectations. As an avid outdoorsman, he likes to spend his free time fishing, hunting, and enjoying beers on the patio with his close friends and family.

Todd Zallaps -

Operations Manager

Todd comes to Luce Line with over 20 years in the restaurant industry. His knowledge of every aspect of hospitality (from dishwasher to ownership) gives him unique insight into building service teams that will provide an outstanding customer experience. Outside of work, Todd is a published author, an avid classic motorcycle and automobile restorer, and a volunteer with a local pit bull rescue group.

Danny McMahon -

Head Brewer

Danny comes to Luce Line with 8 years of professional brewing experience, most recently as the founding head brewer of Hacienda Beer Company in Wisconsin. While he has experience in brewing a wide variety of styles, his primary focus over the last few years has been experimental, hop-forward beers, and crisp, sessionable lagers. Outside of work, Danny is an avid soccer fan with a love for both Minnesota United and Arsenal that rivals his love for brewing.
